The Travel Squad Experience SYSTEM

We always talk about following our system and teaching your teams to do the same. So I want to break it down here so it's very simple to understand.

The experience you create and bring your teams into will determine success for both you and them. Get everyone started right and you will run a successful business and team.

Step 1 - Inviting + Education

Once you have a prospect that wants more information about the business you can send them one of the following links:

Step 2 - Enrollment:

Send your prospect one of the enrollment step links below once they tell you which option they want to start with:

• REP + ITA enrollment steps

• ITA Only enrollment steps

• REP Only enrollment steps

• You will also have to send them your Plannet Direct Website link* which looks like the one below (this is an example):

Step 3 - Onboarding:

Once your new REP or ITA is enrolled please have them sign up to get their team onboarding email which will auto enroll them into the Travel Squad University. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP as this will ensure your new team member has what they need to get started!

• Make sure to confirm with your new member that they completed this step within their first 24 hours of joining!

Step 4 - Check-in + Guidance

Please also confirm that your new team member has joined the following FB groups:

• All active ITA's should join:

Travel Squad Facebook Group and Inteletravel ITA group

• All active REPS + ITA's should join: Travel Squad Content Club
